On the afternoon of October 30， Pan Liguo, vice governor of Liaoning Province and Liang Yan ,safety supervision bureau director were accompanied by Zhang Zhongmin and Zhang Baodong, vice mayors of Yingkou city and the leadership of some relevant departments to check on the safety in production of Yingkou Kanghui Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

Pan Liguo listened to the general manager Liu Jian on the construction status of both polyester film and PBT project production run and asked the safety regulation of the company, and then gleefully visited the PBT polyester building V line control room and listened to the process introduction.
Pan Liguo praised and gave full recognition on the work efficiency of Kanghui petrochemical. He hoped Kanghui petrochemical can develop bigger and stronger in the future.
Kanghui Petrochemical will always adhere to the "safety management has only beginning but no ending" and put the safety production in the first place to implement safety work.
